Okai Airlines Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Okai Airlines") was established in Beijing in March 2005, and is the first private airline in China to be put into operation.

As of July 2023, Okai Airlines has a fleet of 22 young aircraft dominated by the Boeing 737NG series, with an average fleet age of seven years.
